Last week I helped my Aunt and her partner stage a beautiful new listing they have in Georgetown. The house was recently remodeled from top to bottom, everything is brand spanking new. The townhouse came on the market over the weekend, and with all the finishing touches and improvements the builder did I don't see it being on the market very long. I could live in the bathrooms alone!

Georgetown Semi-Stalker
I am currently working on a kitchen renovation in Georgetown, which happens to be one of my favorite neighborhoods in Washington. Georgetown has so much charm, from it's cobble stone side streets to the beautiful architecture, it is one of the only areas in town I actually enjoy parking a mile away from my destination. Yesterday I spent an hour and a half going over pluming and electrical in a dark shell of a kitchen so I was glad I had a long walk back to the car. If you saw a girl standing out in the rain taking pictures of your house yesterday with her iPhone don't worry, I am not a legitimate stalker, just an admirer.
